As the anchor of a new medical park, this hospital needed to be both architecturally distinctive and delivered on an accelerated schedule. Through a fast‑tracked, phased construction approach, the project moved from initial design to full occupancy in just 10 months.

Located in Lubbock, Texas, the 98,000‑square‑foot hospital offers emergency care and imaging services, along with three operating rooms, four catheterization labs, and an electrophysiology lab. The facility includes 58 inpatient beds, 16 CCCU beds, and 12 outpatient beds. The rapid design‑build process required close, continuous collaboration between the owner, contractor, and design team to meet the project’s aggressive timeline without compromising quality or functionality.
