Lubbock Heart Hospital

As the cornerstone of a new medical park, this hospital not only needed to be beautiful, it needed to be completed quickly. Using fast-tracked, phased construction, the facility was completed, from design to occupancy, in 10 months.

Located in Lubbock, Texas, this 98,000-square-foot hospital offers emergency and imaging service, as well as three operating rooms, four catheterization labs, and an EP lab. There are 58 inpatient beds, 16 CCCU beds and 12 outpatient beds. The fast-tracked design-build project required an interactive process with both the contractor and owner.
