The physician-owned Kansas Medical Center sought architects with hospital expertise who could understand the needs of caregivers and patients alike, while integrating state-of-the-art healthcare technology. Project collaboration resulted in a building combining function and dramatic form.

Project Details

TESSERE planned and designed this 81,313-square-foot medical center, which provides acute care and cardiac care. The facility contains three operating suites, three special procedure rooms, an emergency area, 48 patient beds, 14 ICU beds, and support areas as well as a restaurant.
