TESSERE assisted WaterWalk to develop conceptual layouts, renderings, and construction documents for the renovation of an existing lobby, lounge, and reception area. The redesigned space enhances the overall guest experience by introducing updated amenities, improved functionality, and a more welcoming atmosphere for all members.

An upgraded reception desk creates an inviting check‑in experience and opens into a refreshed lobby featuring a business and media center that keeps busy travelers connected throughout their stay. A variety of seating options and a communal table support work, relaxation, and socializing. Guests can enjoy a complimentary coffee station, while Gold members receive exclusive access to an advanced beer tap station offering up to four selections.

Electrical and technology updates throughout the lobby include new power and USB charging stations designed for convenience whether guests are seated, working, or enjoying the many amenities within the space.
