WaterWalk came to us looking for a new architect to design an L-shaped hotel with extended stay options in Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona. The owner enjoys our use of Revit and Enscape which provides the opportunity to virtually walk through the property and be a part of real-time project updates to minimize issues and costly changes down the road.

 

Project Details

This 80,000-square-foot project is a 4-story building with 126 units and 20,000 square feet on each floor. The one- to two-bedroom rooms are furnished and set up as an apartment with a full kitchen, walk-in closet and washer/dryer units. The design includes a lobby, reception space, administrative offices with a mail area, a fitness room, and outdoor pool. Exterior balconies along with changes in material break up the façade for visual interest.
