The renovation carefully preserves the charm and heritage of the original structure while transforming it into a mixed-use development. The upper floors have been transformed into approximately 40–45 apartment units, offering modern living spaces with a nod to the building’s storied past.

At the street level, the project features retail space and a “speakeasy”, adding a community-oriented aspect to the development. These spaces are intended to attract local businesses and services, further revitalizing the area and drawing more activity to downtown Hutchinson.
