Designing an upscale hotel to accommodate a variety of users.
This design-build project is for a new Hyatt Hotel to be located on the Innovation Campus at Wichita State University. Potential students and visitors who stay are within walking distance of the University’s landmarks including Koch Arena, Eck Stadium and Campus Housing.
Project Details
Hyatt Place opened in October of 2020. This facility contains 104 units and approximately 60,000 square feet on four floors. Featured amenities include an indoor swimming pool, lobby and meeting rooms, fitness center, and dining area.
