Crestview Apartments

TESSERE recently completed the Verandas at Crestview, a modern apartment complex in Wichita, Kansas. Our team was selected for this project due to our flexibility, responsiveness, and ability to adapt design changes quickly to meet the developer’s needs.

The complex features three distinct three-story buildings and a range of shared amenities, including a detached clubhouse, outdoor pool, grill area, playground, dog park, and open-air carports. The 1,918-square-foot clubhouse includes a fitness area, kitchenette, and a reservable room for guests. The residential buildings include a 28-unit, 16,700-square-foot building; a 30-unit, 16,200-square-foot building; and a 36-unit, 19,680-square-foot building. Despite the project’s tight budget, these affordable apartments boast quality finishes like granite counter tops, glass-front cabinets, and washer/dryer hookups.
