After outgrowing its existing space, JP Weigand engaged TESSERE to design a new facility that reflects the firm’s culture while supporting future growth. The project was driven by a people‑first design approach, with an intentional focus on creating spaces that give back to employees and enhance daily work life.
Employee‑focused amenities include a breakroom, a comfortable lounge, and an exterior patio that provides a connection to the outdoors. Workspaces are thoughtfully organized to support a variety of working styles, with a mix of enclosed offices, an open office area, conference rooms, and a dedicated training room. A welcoming reception and waiting area anchors the front of the building and establishes a strong first impression for visitors.
The design also incorporates a dedicated office suite for Security First, complete with its own entrance and controlled access to the building, allowing for operational independence while remaining connected to the broader facility.
The project delivers a modern, flexible workplace that supports employee well‑being, operational efficiency, and long‑term organizational success.
