The Waldinger Corporation

The Waldinger Corporation, a mechanical, electrical, and sheet metal fabrication company, relocated its Wichita operations to a new, purpose‑built facility. To support the company’s growth, TESSERE designed a 29,000‑square‑foot building that combines office space with fabrication areas and incorporates features that allow for long‑term flexibility.

The design includes adaptable spaces such as a large conference room, training room, open lobby, and multiple offices that can be easily reconfigured as needs evolve. In the fabrication area, key operational features include overhead doors, loading docks, and a bridge crane. Construction was completed in 2020.

TESSERE provided architecture, civil engineering, cost estimating, interior design, landscape architecture, and project management services for the project.
