Seasons 52 Restaurants

In collaboration with Studio McCormack, TESSERE has provided architectural services and construction documents for several new‑build Seasons 52 locations for Darden Restaurants. These freestanding restaurants were designed to support the brand’s casually sophisticated atmosphere, known for offering 52 wines by the glass and a rotating menu of seasonal entrées.

Projects include an 8,000‑square‑foot, 225‑seat restaurant in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and a 9,450‑square‑foot, 253‑seat location in Sunrise, Florida. Each facility reflects Seasons 52’s warm, contemporary aesthetic while accommodating the kitchen, dining, and operational needs essential to delivering their signature elevated dining experience.
