Reiloy USA

When Reiloy USA, a subsidiary of Reifenhauser, needed a new building in Maize, Kansas they turned to TESSERE. This 60,000 SF new construction project Reiloy to cast “American Made” barrels for injection and extrusion applications and custom-designed screws. The build consisted of a pre-engineered metal building. The main production area, 50,000 SF, includes three covered loading dock bays, a small office area, and quality lab. Much of the production area was designed as a multipurpose space that can be restructured as needed for future projects. The break room, restrooms, and locker areas serve as storm-hardened spaces with a storage mezzanine above. A large enclosed production area for the casting machines consists of 8,000 SF.
