Pella Windows and Doors Office Warehouse

Pella Windows and Doors moved into a 56,000 SF space in the Webb Industrial Park with the goal of bringing an office headquarters, warehouse/distribution, and product gallery under one roof. Steady company growth led to the need for a more modern and effective space to house the sales force and distribution within Wichita.

TESSERE completed the tenant infill. Exterior renovations included modifications to existing dock areas to include new dock equipment and drive-in ramps with railing for easier loading and unloading. An enclosed trash area was also added. Additional windows were added to the front of the building to bring in more natural light to office and product gallery areas to match existing building aesthetics.

Interior renovations of the 18,500 SF office and gallery space emphasizes a clean, modern interior design that enhances both employee comfort and customer experience. The updated space features a welcoming reception and showroom. Private offices, an executive conference room, and an open office area for 28 workstations were arranged to support balanced privacy and collaboration. Additional meeting rooms serve warehouse operations, while improved circulation, upgraded restrooms and locker rooms, and a refreshed break area create a cohesive, environment that elevates daily workflows and reinforces the company’s brand presence.
