After consulting with our senior living experts, the developers of this community identified the innovation and value they were seeking. Creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents and their guests, paired with exceptional access to staff, was a top priority. To support this vision, TESSERE designed the facility around a central community gathering area enriched with a variety of in‑house amenities.

Set on a 12‑acre site, the 54,000‑square‑foot facility is organized into four areas, each accommodating 20 residents in a mix of one‑ and two‑bedroom units. Every area features its own entrance, commons area, and private courtyard, promoting comfort, autonomy, and a sense of home. A large central dining area and multiple strategically placed nurse stations provide residents with increased opportunities for social interaction and ensure close, convenient access to staff.
