Air Cargo Facility

TESSERE provided architectural design services for this 48,000‑square‑foot air cargo facility, developed to support a secure and efficient connection between landside and airside shipping operations. The building accommodates up to ten tenants with flexible office and storage spaces designed to meet a range of operational needs.

The facility is planned for future expansion to the south, ensuring adaptability as demand increases. Along the landside face, an exterior canopy provides weather protection for loading and daily operations. Inside, the high‑bay area offers a 24‑foot clear height for cargo handling activities, while the low‑bay area maintains a minimum 14‑foot clear height to satisfy control tower sightline requirements.
