Fitzgerald Hall Dining Facility

After years of wear, outdated systems, and noncompliance with ADA standards, this dining facility had fallen out of use, forcing Fitzgerald Hall residents to cross campus for meals. TESSERE partnered with the University and Sodexo to revitalize the space, transforming it into a vibrant student destination featuring an after‑hours diner and a fully renovated kitchen designed to better serve student needs.

Located in Warrensburg, Missouri, the project includes a 5,881‑square‑foot dining area and a 3,371‑square‑foot kitchen, along with a 1,528‑square‑foot late‑night restaurant. The full‑service dining hall offers comfort food, grill options, a salad bar, and a dessert bar. In the after‑hours zone, programmable lighting creates a dynamic evening atmosphere, enhancing the overall experience for students.
